A detailed magnetic gradiometer survey was conducted to inform the proposed construction of two new lakes and associated holiday accommodation on land off North Kelsey Road, Caistor. A small number of isolated magnetic anomalies were recorded by the survey. It was thought likely that the anomalies represented geological features, however, and no anomalies of clear archaeological origin were identified. {1}
