A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new dwelling and detached garage on land adjacent to Firsdale, Tattershall Road, Kirkby on Bain. The remains of a single modern pit was recorded, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
