Description
A structural appraisal survey was conducted to examine the structural stability and integrity of the barn adjacent to the Farmers Arms in Welton Hill, prior to its conversion into a residential dwelling. The barn was likely built in the mid 19th century, and was extended at some point after 1905, based on mapping evidence. {1}
