Description
A detailed magnetic gradiometer survey was conducted to inform the construction of a new community centre on land at Navenby Sports Field. Areas of modern disturbance were recorded across much of the site, although some magnetic anomalies of potential archaeological origin were identified. {1}
Subsequent archaeological monitoring in this area resolved all of the identified anomalies as either areas of natural geological variation or further areas of modern disturbance (see ELI11164).
