A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for new residential development on land off Jekil's Bank, Holbeach St Johns. The eastern half of the site had been recently cleared, with layers of modern made ground imported, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
