Description

A programme of historic building recording was conducted to inform the proposed renovation and renewal of Heckington Windmill and its associated buildings. The complex comprises the 8-sailed windmill, built in 1830, the mid to late 19th century bakehouse, granary, sawmill and miller's house structures, and a Nissen hut, moved to the site in c.1950. {1}{2}
