Description

ASHBY BY PARTNEY STEEPING ROAD TF 46 NW (west side) 3/5 Moat Farmhouse II Farmhouse. C16, refronted early C19, and altered later C19. Colourwashed brick and stone. Slate roof with 2 gable and single ridge stacks. 2 storey, irregular 3 bay front with off-centre C19 door covered by open pent roofed porch, flanked by single wide glazing bar sashes. To right a narrower similar window. To first floor a pair of narrow glazing bar sashes are flanked by single similar sashes. To right a 2 light casement. To right a single storey, single bay service range with pantile roof. The site is moated. Listing NGR: TF4261966427
