Description

SOMERSBY CHURCH LANE TF 37 SW Somersby (north side) 2/70 Cross in churchyard of Church of St. 14.9.66 Margaret 5M south of the south nave G.V. II Cross. C15 and C19. Ashlar. Square base with C19 tapering octagonal shaft having broach stops to alternate sides of the base. Shaft topped with a castellated capital surmounted by the restored C15 cross with effigies of Christ on the cross to one side and the Virgin and child to the other. Castellated triangular hood mould over. Listing NGR: TF3437172653
