63207 No 63 High Street is an early eighteenth century house, constructed of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and a pantile roof. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} It was visited in March 1980 whilst undergoing extensive alterations. The extant deeds go back to 1705, and the front of the house would seem to be of seventeenth century date. The kitchen area is a later eighteenth century addition with a long range of ancilliary buildings in stone. There is a well in the kitchen. {2}{3}
